I guess one could say that I am really good girlfriend. I have been in a relationship for over three years and I couldn't be happier. With me and Shawn, it is always smooth sailing and mostly good times. I know how lucky I am. Friends, or let me clarify friend the same gender as myself, on the other hand are a whole different story. I seem to have difficulty in this area. It is just not as easy and strightforward to have girlfriends as say, my relationship with Shawn. Or even my friendship with B or PR. It is as if there is something about the very nature of having a girlfriend, or a best friend that is a girl, that is inherently difficult.
This got me to thinking of TPW. I know our paths won't cross again, but I must say I have some great memories... There were a lot of fun times and I wish only the best.
